How Much Does an AI Voice Agent Cost in Israel? 2026 Prices in Shekels
Every published price for Hebrew AI voice agents in Israel, from per-minute add-ons to flat monthly plans, converted to shekels, plus the costs that never appear on a pricing page.
The short answer
Published prices for a Hebrew AI voice agent in Israel run from ₪0.20 a minute for an add-on inside a cloud phone system to about ₪3,100 a month for a 5,000-minute package. Among the Israeli vendors, five publish a number: Voicenter, Voipe, Yappr, CallBot and Direnium. VoiceSpin, PayCall, Reshet Call and Wonderful sell through a demo and do not publish a price.
The five that publish use five different pricing models, so the headline numbers cannot be compared until you put them on the same month. That is what this guide does. Prices come from each vendor’s own site on 2 November 2026 and exclude VAT unless stated. Dollar prices are converted at the Bank of Israel representative rate of ₪3.118 to the dollar (30 October 2026).
Five pricing models, with the real numbers
1. Per minute, on top of a phone system
Cloud PBX companies sell the voice agent as a feature of their phone system. Voicenter charges ₪0.65 per minute of agent usage, on top of user packages that run from ₪80 to ₪180 per user a month. Voipe includes 50 agent minutes a month in every plan, then charges from ₪0.20 a minute in a 2,000-minute package, with the final price set in a pre-sale scoping call. Its plans cost ₪52 or ₪92 per user a month on monthly billing.
This is the cheapest line on paper, and the right choice if your phones already run on that PBX. If they do not, you are buying a phone system to get an agent, and the minute price is only part of the bill.
2. A dollar package with a commitment
Yappr sells a committed plan at $997 a month (about ₪3,109) with 5,000 minutes included and extra minutes at $0.20 (about ₪0.62), with setup done for you. It also has a pay-as-you-go plan at $0.30 a minute (about ₪0.94), billed by the second. Calls to Palestinian Authority numbers are billed at $1.00 a minute.
Dollar pricing moves with the exchange rate. A 5% move in the shekel changes your bill by 5% without a single extra call.
3. Setup fee plus a monthly subscription
CallBot charges ₪500 setup and from ₪380 a month for an inbound agent, including an email summary and a WhatsApp message after the call. Outbound calls such as reminders, RSVP confirmations and list cleaning are billed at ₪0.5 to ₪1 a minute, by the second.
4. Developer platforms, in dollars, per component
International platforms price the engine and pass the rest through. Vapi charges $0.05 a minute for hosting, plus the speech, language model and telephony providers at cost. Retell AI starts at about $0.07 a minute before the language model and telephony. ElevenLabs Agents charges $0.08 a minute for speech plus the language model, on plans from $6 to $990 a month. Synthflow sells enterprise contracts only, from $30,000 a year. These figures are from our October 2026 comparison.
The minute price is low because the product is a toolkit. Someone still has to build the agent, connect an Israeli number, write the Hebrew prompts, connect your CRM and maintain all of it. If that someone is a paid developer, their time is the largest cost.
5. A flat subscription per agent
Direnium charges a monthly subscription per agent, from ₪1,450 a month before VAT. It includes the agent’s own phone number, 300 call minutes and a WhatsApp agent on the same number. Unused minutes carry over to the next month and you can cancel anytime. You set the agent up yourself in a few minutes and hear it on a real test call before paying anything.
Put them on the same month
Take a small clinic that gets about 15 calls a working day, a minute or so each. That is roughly 300 minutes in a 22-day month. Here is what each published price says about that month, minutes only:
- Voicenter: 300 × ₪0.65 = ₪195, plus at least one user package (₪80 to ₪180), and you need to be on Voicenter telephony.
- Voipe: the first 50 minutes are free. The ₪0.20 rate is quoted for a 2,000-minute package, so the price for the other 250 minutes is set in pre-sale, plus the user plan.
- Yappr: 300 × $0.30 = $90, about ₪281, on pay as you go. The $997 plan is built for call centers using thousands of minutes.
- CallBot: inbound from ₪380 a month after ₪500 setup.
- Developer platforms: 300 × $0.05 = $15 of hosting on Vapi, before speech, the language model, telephony and the build.
- Direnium: ₪1,450, with the number, the 300 minutes and WhatsApp included.
On minutes alone, the PBX add-ons and developer platforms are cheaper. The question is what else you need to buy, build or hire before the agent answers its first real call, and that is the next section.
Costs that are not on the pricing page
- VAT. Israeli VAT is 18%. Most published prices exclude it.
- The exchange rate. Dollar prices change every month you pay them.
- The phone number. Is a local Israeli number included, or billed separately?
- Seats and phone system. Per-minute add-ons usually require user licenses on the vendor’s PBX.
- Setup and changes. Who writes the script, and what does it cost to change the greeting or add a service later?
- CRM and calendar. An API or a Make or n8n connector means you build the integration yourself.
- WhatsApp. A separate chatbot product, a message after the call, or the same agent on the same number?
- Minimums and contracts. Monthly minimums, annual terms and what happens to unused minutes.
- Billing unit. Per second or rounded up to the minute. On short calls the difference adds up.
What about a human receptionist?
A receptionist and an AI agent are not the same purchase, but the comparison helps with scale. A full-time employee in Israel works a 42-hour week. The minimum wage since 1 April 2026 is ₪6,443.85 a month, or ₪35.40 an hour, before employer pension and national insurance contributions. Covering every hour of the week takes about four full-time people, which is more than ₪25,000 a month in minimum wages alone. An AI agent answers at 2 a.m., on Shabbat and during a lunch rush for the same subscription. Most businesses that buy one keep their staff and point the agent at the calls they were missing.

Questions people ask about price
Can I try an AI voice agent before paying?
Some vendors offer a demo call with their own agent. Fewer let you hear an agent set up for your own business. On Direnium you build the agent and it calls you, with no credit card.
Do Israeli voice agent prices include VAT?
Usually not. Voipe and Direnium quote before VAT, and Yappr and the international platforms quote in US dollars. Ask every vendor for the full monthly figure including VAT.
Is per minute or a subscription cheaper?
Per minute is cheaper if you already pay for the phone system and someone on your team builds and maintains the agent. A subscription is cheaper when the number, the setup, the integrations and WhatsApp would otherwise each be a separate bill or a developer’s time.
