Direnium vs ElevenLabs Agents for Hebrew: Great Voices, Then What?

#The short answer

ElevenLabs Agents is the closest of the foreign platforms to a product. It has a no-code builder, native WhatsApp for messages and calls, HubSpot and Salesforce built in, and the Hebrew voices are among the best anywhere. What is still missing for an Israeli business: an Israeli number you can buy there, any Israeli CRM, Hebrew support, and clarity on where your data lives and whether it trains models.

Direnium is an Israeli platform for one agent or a few. You set the agent up yourself in a few minutes, it calls you so you hear it in Hebrew before paying, and the subscription includes the Israeli number, 300 minutes and a WhatsApp agent on the same number, from ₪1,450 a month before VAT. Fireberry, monday, Origami, Kaveret, Fix Digital and LeadMe are connected out of the box, data is hosted in the EU and never used to train models, and support is in Hebrew. Choose ElevenLabs if voice quality is the whole decision and you can assemble the rest. Choose Direnium if you want the Israeli parts done.

• Hebrew. Hebrew is listed on ElevenLabs’ v3 and v4 voice models, which are the ones its agents use. Its speech-to-text puts Hebrew in its second accuracy tier, at a 10 to 20 percent word error rate. Its agent language page does not list Hebrew among the 31 default languages, so test it. Direnium is Hebrew first and lets you hear it before paying.
• Phone number. ElevenLabs does not sell numbers. You import a Twilio number or connect a SIP trunk, and your carrier bills the telephony. Direnium includes an Israeli number.
• Calls. Both do inbound and outbound, and ElevenLabs runs batch calls from a CSV. Direnium records consent and opt-outs and calls only in the hours you set.
• WhatsApp. ElevenLabs has native WhatsApp for messages and calls, through your own Meta business account, with human handoff listed as coming soon. Direnium puts the same agent on WhatsApp on the same number, with handoff to your team today.
• CRM. HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, Google Calendar, Cal.com and Calendly are native. No Israeli CRM is; Fireberry, monday, Origami and Kaveret would be custom webhooks. Direnium connects them out of the box.
• Setup. A no-code dashboard and a visual workflow builder. The telephony still means importing a Twilio or SIP number, and WhatsApp means setting up a Meta business account yourself. Direnium is a form, a test call and a subscription.
• Support. No support hours or Hebrew support are stated on the pages we checked. Direnium’s support is in Hebrew.
• Data. ElevenLabs holds SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and HIPAA. Customer data is hosted in the US by default; EU residency is an enterprise feature. Its privacy policy says it uses personal information to “research, build, train and improve our AI models”, with an opt-out in the account settings and separate terms for business customers. Direnium hosts in the EU and never trains on your calls.

#What 300 minutes a month costs

ElevenLabs’ Creator plan is $22 a month with 275 minutes, and extra minutes are $0.08, so 300 minutes is about $24, or Pro at $99 with 1,238 minutes. That is roughly ₪75 to ₪310, plus the language model at cost, plus Twilio or SIP telephony and the Israeli number from your carrier, before VAT. It is the cheapest entry point of any platform here. Direnium is ₪1,450 for the month with the number, minutes, CRM connections and WhatsApp included.

• Voice quality is the deciding factor and you can set up Twilio and Meta yourself.
• Your CRM is HubSpot, Salesforce or Zendesk.
• You want the lowest monthly entry price and can accept US hosting.
• You are an enterprise that will negotiate EU residency and a no-training contract.

#Choose Direnium if

• You want an Israeli number, Israeli CRMs and WhatsApp on the same number included.
• You want to hear the agent in Hebrew before paying and have someone to call in Hebrew after.
• You need your call data in the EU and never used for training, on a standard plan.
• You want handoff to a person on WhatsApp and on the phone today.
