The short answer

VoiceSpin is an Israeli contact-center company from Givatayim. It sells a predictive dialer, a cloud PBX, queues and WhatsApp for call centers, and its AI Voice Bot is one module of that suite, included in the Enterprise plan from $1,000 a month for five seats. It is sold through a demo and set up for you. It is the right call if you run a floor of human agents and want a bot alongside them.

Direnium is an Israeli platform for one agent or a few. You set the agent up yourself in a few minutes, it calls you so you hear it in Hebrew before paying, and the subscription includes the Israeli number, 300 minutes and a WhatsApp agent on the same number, from ₪1,450 a month before VAT. Fireberry, monday, Origami, Kaveret, Fix Digital and LeadMe are connected out of the box, data is hosted in the EU and never used to train models, and support is in Hebrew. Choose VoiceSpin if you are buying a call center. Choose Direnium if you are buying an agent.

Side by side

  • Hebrew. VoiceSpin’s Hebrew page says the bot fully supports Hebrew, including speech recognition, intent analysis and a human-like Hebrew voice. There is no public demo call; you book one. Direnium calls you on a real test call before you pay.
  • Phone number. VoiceSpin is itself a carrier and sells numbers separately; the pricing page says packages do not include numbers or call costs. Direnium includes an Israeli number.
  • Calls. Both do inbound and outbound. VoiceSpin’s outbound runs through its predictive and power dialer, built for high-volume sales floors. Direnium records consent and opt-outs and calls only in the hours you set.
  • WhatsApp. VoiceSpin sells WhatsApp as a separate product for call centers, with a text chatbot. The voice bot itself is not on WhatsApp. Direnium puts the same agent on WhatsApp on the same number.
  • CRM. VoiceSpin’s integrations page names Fireberry, monday, Origami, Kaveret, LeadMe, Fix Digital, Plando and more, alongside Salesforce, HubSpot and Zoho, as telephony integrations; the page does not say the bot writes to them. Direnium’s agent updates the Israeli CRMs after every call.
  • Setup. Sales-led and done for you: Enterprise includes custom development and onboarding, and the site says you can start within 24 hours of choosing a plan. Direnium is self-serve in minutes.
  • Support. VoiceSpin states 24/7 support on all plans and has an office and phone number in Givatayim. Direnium’s support is in Hebrew too.
  • Data. VoiceSpin shows an ISO 27001 badge. We found no published hosting region, SOC 2 or training policy, so ask. Direnium hosts in the EU, encrypts transcripts with a second layer and does not train on your calls.

What 300 minutes a month costs

VoiceSpin’s Enterprise plan starts at $1,000 a month, about ₪3,120, on monthly billing for five seats, and the bot is only in that plan. Numbers and call minutes are extra and not published, so a 300-minute month is $1,000 plus your call costs. Direnium is ₪1,450 for the month, with the number and the 300 minutes included. If you need the dialer and the seats anyway, VoiceSpin’s price covers much more than a bot.

Choose VoiceSpin if

  • You run a sales or service floor with five or more human agents and need a dialer, queues and QA.
  • You want one vendor for telephony, numbers, PBX and the bot, with 24/7 support.
  • You prefer a vendor that builds and onboards the bot for you.
  • Your CRM telephony integration matters as much as the AI.

Choose Direnium if

  • You need one agent, or a few, not a contact center.
  • You want to hear the agent in Hebrew before paying and set it up yourself.
  • You want the number, the minutes and WhatsApp in one monthly price you can cancel.
  • You want published data hosting and a no-training commitment on a standard plan.
