Draft vs published
Every workflow has a draft you edit and a published version that runs in production. Changes you make on the canvas only affect the draft, nothing in production changes until you publish.
Validation before publish
When you click Publish, the builder runs a full validation: required inputs, type matches, connected handles, and service prerequisites. If anything is wrong, the validation banner lists issues with direct links to the problem nodes.
Versions
Every publish creates a new version with a timestamp and the author. Open Version History from the toolbar to:
- See the list of previous publishes.
- Restore an older version, the current draft is replaced with that version's snapshot, which you can then re-publish.
Unpublish
Unpublishing stops the workflow from running on new triggers. Already-running workflow instances complete on the previous published version.
