Understanding the Home Dashboard
The Home page is your status board. It adapts to what you have set up so far.
The state machine
When you land on Home, you see one of five states that guide you to the next right action:
- Empty: you have not connected a channel or built anything yet. Home walks you through setup.
- Channel connected: you have a channel but no agent profile yet. Home prompts you to create one.
- Profile set: you have an agent profile but no workflow. Home invites you to build one.
- Workflow drafted: you have a draft that is ready to publish. Home points to it.
- Live: everything is running. Home switches to the running dashboard.
The running dashboard
Once your agent is live, Home shows conversations handled this week, hours saved (estimated from conversations), an 8-week sparkline, handoffs that need your attention, and a feed of recent activity. It also surfaces new learning rules the AI picked up from your feedback.
Ask your agent
The chat panel on Home is a shortcut to the agent. Type what you want, "build a follow-up workflow for cold leads", and it will route you into the workflow chat or answer directly.
