WhatsApp Business

Direnium connects to WhatsApp via the Meta Cloud API. You need a WhatsApp Business account, a phone number that is not already used on personal WhatsApp, and a verified Facebook Business Manager.

1. In Settings → Services click WhatsApp.
2. Authorize with Meta and select the phone number.
3. Verify your display name so your messages appear as your business, not a raw number.
4. Direnium saves the credentials and you can now build WhatsApp workflows.

Messenger

Messenger (Facebook) is straightforward, connect the Facebook Page you want to reply from, authorize Direnium, and you are done.

1. Settings → Services → Messenger.
2. Authorize with Facebook.
3. Select the Page to receive messages for.

Shared concepts

Both channels share the same trigger/action pattern as Instagram. The Send Message action is generic, configure which account to use and which channel at the node level. The rest of your workflow logic does not need to care.

Both channels also honor daily caps to protect your account from platform rate limits.
