Approving Agent Actions

When the assistant proposes a change, a new workflow, a CRM field, a data-object tweak, it shows up as a card in the chat with Approve and Reject buttons. Nothing happens to your account until you approve.

What you might be asked to approve

  • Create Workflow, a full draft the assistant built based on your description. You can preview the flow before approving.
  • Modify Workflow, added, removed, or reconfigured nodes in an existing workflow. A diff view shows you what changes.
  • Publish Workflow, move the current draft into production.
  • Create CRM Fields, add new custom fields to contacts, companies, or deals.
  • Delete CRM Field, remove a field you no longer need. Non-reversible, so the assistant asks for explicit approval.
  • Modify Data Object, add fields to one of your custom data objects.

Undo

After you approve a change, you still have a short window to undo it. The chat shows an Undo button that reverses the last approved action.
