Inbox & Handoffs
The Inbox is where conversations that need you show up. The agent routes a conversation here when it cannot handle something, a complex question, a policy escalation, a low-confidence moment.
What you see
Each conversation in the Inbox includes the full chat history, the reason for handoff, and (usually) a draft reply the agent prepared. You can:
- Send the draft as-is if it looks right.
- Edit the draft and send your version. Your edits train the agent.
- Write a fresh reply.
- Dismiss the conversation if no response is needed.
How handoffs train the agent
When your reply differs meaningfully from what the agent would have sent, Direnium generates a rule and shows it to you. If you accept it, the rule is added to the agent profile, similar conversations in the future are handled your way.
