Quick Start

This guide explains how to get started on the Direnium platform by creating your account and connecting your first channel.

Create your account

  1. Go to https://platform.direnium.com.
  2. Sign up with your email.
  3. Verify your email address.
  4. After verification, you will land on the dashboard with your first workspace already created.
  5. Go to Workflows in the sidebar.
  6. Click New Workflow.
  7. In the Nodes panel, drag a trigger node (for example, On First Instagram Message) onto the canvas.
  8. Drag an action node such as AI Agent onto the canvas and connect the trigger node to the action node.
  9. Click each node to open and complete its configuration.

Alternatively, open the Assistant, describe in plain language what you want to automate, and let the AI generate the workflow for you.

AI Agent Configuration

Enabled Abilities and Behavior

  1. Collect Data
  • Purpose: Gather contact details from users.
  • Data collected:
  • Name (full name)
  • Email (validated format)
  • Phone (normalized to international format where possible)
  • Behavior:
  • Politely prompt for missing fields.
  • Confirm details back to the user before saving.
  1. Save Contact
  • Purpose: Persist collected contact data to the CRM.
  • Behavior:
  • Create a new contact record when no matching CRM record exists.
  • Attach metadata such as source ("AI Workflow"), timestamp, and conversation ID if available.
  • Handle and surface basic errors (e.g., duplicate email, invalid data) to the workflow.
  1. Click Publish to activate the workflow.
  2. Send a test message through your connected channel to verify the workflow works.
  3. If anything looks off, edit the workflow and re-test.

After publishing, the workflow is live and messages from your connected channels will automatically flow through it.
