Quick Start: your first agent in a few minutes
This guide takes you from sign-up to a real call with your own agent. It takes a few minutes and needs no credit card.
Create your account
- Go to platform.direnium.com/signup, or platform.direnium.com/he/signup for Hebrew.
- Enter your email, your name, your business name and a password.
- Enter your mobile number and the 6-digit code we text you. Your agent will call this number.
Set up your agent
Answer seven short questions, one per screen:
- Business name, filled in from your account.
- Website, optional. The agent reads the page and picks up your services, hours and phone number.
- About, one sentence on what the business does.
- Direction: inbound calls, where customers call you, or outbound calls, where the agent calls leads and customers.
- Goal. Inbound: answer questions, book an appointment, take details and hand off, or give hours and prices. Outbound: follow up new leads, book a meeting, confirm attendance or check satisfaction. You can also write your own.
- Identity: a female or male voice and a name.
- Greeting: the opening line, which you can edit.
Hear it
Click Call me now. Your phone rings within seconds, and the agent presents your business the way it will present it to customers. The recording and transcript are waiting on the agent page after the call.
Switch it on
When you are ready, choose how many agents and call minutes you need and see the full price before you pay. After payment the agent gets its own phone number. Then connect your calendar and CRM from the agent settings.
