Account basics

When you sign up you get a user account linked to an organization (your workspace). All workflows, contacts, and integrations live inside the organization, not the personal account. That lets agencies run Direnium for multiple clients from one login.

Roles

  • Moderator: can build and publish workflows, edit the CRM schema, create agent profiles, and manage integrations.
  • User: can review handoffs, respond in the inbox, and use the AI assistant, but cannot change workflows or settings.

Inviting a teammate

  1. Go to Settings โ†’ Team.
  2. Enter an email and choose a role.
  3. Send the invite. They click the link in their email and set a password.

Switching organizations

If you belong to multiple organizations, use the tenant switcher in the top navigation to move between them. Each organization is fully isolated. Contacts, credits, and integrations do not cross over.

Agencies

Agencies typically create one organization per client. You can also configure workflows on behalf of a client and share access with their team. The Organizations page in Settings lets moderators manage this.
