How to connect Fireberry

Once Fireberry is connected, the agent can update records and log calls on them.

1. Open the user menu, choose "Workspace settings" and then "Integrations"

2. Go to the "Integration library" tab and click "Connect" on the Fireberry card

3. In Fireberry, open your profile from the profile picture

4. Choose Account security, then "API Access Token", and copy the token

5. Back in Direnium, paste the token into the "API key" field

   

6. Click "Save connection"

   The connection shows on the "My connections" tab with the status "Connected".

What can I do once it is connected?

• Update the system after every call.
• Call the leads that come into it.
