Why a lead was not called

Updated October 1, 2026 1 min read

Every lead that arrives is listed in the list's log, with what happened to it. A lead that was not called shows the reason.

  1. On the agent page click "Configure", then "Outbound calls"

  2. Go to the "Log" tab and choose "Not called"

  3. Read the reason next to the lead

The list card also shows a line counting the leads that were not called today, with a "Why?" link.

What does each reason mean?

  • the list is off: turn on the switch on the list card.
  • no minutes: the minutes balance ran out. See how to buy more minutes.
  • missing phone or invalid phone: the system that sends the lead must send a valid number in the phone field.
  • stopped by the condition: the lead did not pass the condition in the "Who" row.
  • already dialed today or dialed a moment ago: the agent does not call the same number again. This is expected.
  • opted out: the customer asked not to be contacted.
  • outbound calls off or line disconnected: check "Outbound calls" under "Channels".
  • all lines busy: the agent is on other calls. You can raise "Parallel calls".
  • daily cap: the agent reached the cap you set under "More settings".
  • agent suspended: the agent is off. See how to turn an agent off and on.
  • the system could not be checked: the condition checks a connected system, and it did not answer.
  • system error: contact us through "Support" in the user menu.
